Closed-beta terms

These terms cover applying to, and taking part in, the JustDrop controlled closed beta. They do not cover production trading.

Effective date: 28 July 2026. · Terms version: closed-beta-v2-2026-07-28

1. Who operates JustDrop

JustDrop is a trading name of CRABARC TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17356507. Full company details are on our Company information page.

2. A business-to-business closed beta

JustDrop is a controlled business-to-business operating platform between approved Suppliers and approved Sellers. It is offered to businesses only, and it is currently running as a controlled closed beta. It is not an open public marketplace.

3. Applying

Any business may apply, and every application is reviewed by a person. We aim to decide within two business days, and in any event within a maximum of seven calendar days of receiving a complete application.

An application may be approved, held for more information, or rejected. If your application is held, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to approval or to access. Approval is at our discretion.

4. Beta access

If you are approved, access is provided for evaluation during the closed beta. Access may be limited, changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, and features may change or be unavailable while we develop the platform.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information in your application and while using the platform, to keep your login details secure, and not to share them. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

6. Confidentiality

The beta platform and any non-public information you see through it are confidential. Please do not share them outside your business without our agreement.

7. Beta data and real orders

The closed beta is for evaluation. Data may be incomplete, changed or reset. Do not place real customer orders through the beta, and do not rely on beta data for real trading, unless that use has been separately activated and approved by us in writing.

8. Supply Partners

Submitting an application does not make your products visible to anyone. Your imported product data stays private to your workspace until you submit it and JustDrop reviews and approves it.

9. Sellers

Approved Sellers see only the products and information allocated and approved for their account.

10. Ending participation

Either you or JustDrop may end participation in the closed beta at any time, by telling the other.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy notice.

12. Production trading is covered separately

These closed-beta terms do not set commercial trading terms. Separate production commercial terms will be agreed and will govern purchasing, payments, VAT invoicing, Supplier statements, settlement, returns and disputes before any production trading takes place.
